Analytics is optional and off until you accept. Rejecting analytics leaves the site available, and the Cookie settings control lets you change your choice at any time.
Who uses cookies on this site
New World Gaming Ireland Limited operates WineDeals.com.au. Cookies are small records stored by your browser; services may also process network requests without a cookie. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider handling of personal information and includes our postal address and contact details.
Necessary cookies
wd_cookie_choice_v1: set by WineDeals.com.au after you accept or reject analytics. It stores the choice and a timestamp, lasts up to 180 days, and is not used for advertising or measuring visits.wd_age: remembers your 18+ acknowledgement for up to one year. It is not identity verification.wd_pc: remembers a delivery postcode you choose to enter for up to one year. Retailer delivery charges must still be confirmed at checkout.wd_s: an HttpOnly, Secure session cookie for authorised CMS staff. It lasts up to seven days and is not set for ordinary catalogue browsing.__cf_bm: Cloudflare may set this to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity, according to Cloudflare cookie documentation.cf_clearance: Cloudflare may set this if a security challenge is used, to remember that the browser passed it. Its lifetime depends on the applicable challenge configuration; see Cloudflare cookie documentation.
These security cookies depend on which protections are triggered and may not appear on every visit. Rejecting analytics does not disable security functions or remove the preference cookie needed to remember the rejection.
Optional Google Analytics cookies
Only after acceptance, our Google Analytics tag G-VGE64HX3F3 may set _ga to distinguish browsers and _ga_VGE64HX3F3 to maintain session state. These purposes are explained in Google's GA4 cookie documentation.
We override the tag's cookie lifetime to 180 days, without extending the expiry on each visit. Browsers may apply shorter limits. Analytics cookies are first-party cookies on the current site host; they do not give us your name, but their identifiers and associated activity can still be personal information.
Our implementation does not load the Google tag, send analytics events or send cookieless consent-mode pings before acceptance. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the tag configuration. No optional analytics is loaded on development or preview hosts.
Accept, reject or withdraw
Use the equally prominent “Accept analytics” and “Reject analytics” buttons in the notice. Neither continued browsing nor closing settings counts as new consent. We ask again when the stored choice expires or is unavailable.
reopens the controls. To withdraw, choose “Reject analytics”; the page reloads if needed to unload the tag and removes accessible Analytics cookies for this site. This stops future collection on that browser rather than deleting past server-side records.
The choice applies to this browser and site host. Repeat it if you change browser, device or profile, clear cookies or visit a different host. If browser security prevents the preference cookie being stored, we honour the choice for the current page and may ask again on the next page.
Browser controls and other requests
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser. Deleting cookies resets the saved choice; blocking security cookies may interfere with access. Without JavaScript, our Google tag does not load.
Fonts are requested from Fontshare and its delivery network, and hosting requests reach Cloudflare regardless of analytics choice. These requests are described in our Privacy Policy. Retailers and affiliate networks may use separate technologies on their own sites; accepting analytics here does not consent to their processing.
