WineDeals.com.au is owned and operated by New World Gaming Ireland Limited. These terms cover our Australian-facing information and referral website, not a contract to buy wine from us.
Who we are and how to contact us
“We”, “us” and “our” mean New World Gaming Ireland Limited, the owner and operator of WineDeals.com.au. “You” means a person using this website. You can contact us about this site, its content, commercial relationships or a complaint at:
New World Gaming Ireland Limited27 Mount Street Upper
Dublin 2, D02 F890
Ireland
winedeals@gamingmedia.com
Our Irish address is a correspondence address for the website operator. It is not a wine warehouse, collection point or Australian returns address. Do not send wine or identity documents to it without first contacting us.
Scope and use of these terms
These terms describe the conditions on which we make the website available. Please read them before using the site and stop using it if you do not accept them. Reading the site or these terms does not give consent to optional analytics; that is a separate choice.
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Alcohol & 18+ information and Consumer Information explain related matters. No notice on this site removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Adults aged 18 and over
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it if you are under 18 or to obtain alcohol for someone under 18. The age notice is a use restriction, not identity verification or proof of age.
You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol in Australia, and selling alcohol to someone under 18 or already intoxicated is unlawful (Australian Government alcohol-law guidance). A retailer and its delivery provider are responsible for applying the rules relevant to their sale and delivery; do not try to bypass their checks.
What the site currently provides
WineDeals publishes wine listings, price information and food-pairing guides, and refers adults to third-party retailers. We do not accept orders, sell or supply wine, take payments or provide an alcohol-delivery service.
At launch, the catalogue uses the Cellars product feed. It is not a whole-market comparison. Subscriber accounts, email alerts and the AI assistant are disabled until their separate production checks are complete.
Purchases from third-party retailers
Any purchase contract is with the retailer identified at checkout, not with us through this site. The retailer's terms govern payment, fulfilment, age verification, delivery, cancellations and returns, subject to applicable consumer law.
Before paying, check the seller's identity, licence information where required, bottle or case quantity, bottle size, vintage, final price, delivery area, charges and any subscription or minimum-spend condition. Contact the retailer for an order problem, and contact us separately if our listing or conduct caused a problem. Describing the retailer's role does not disclaim our responsibility for our own conduct.
Prices, offers and information
Prices are in Australian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. A per-bottle price can require a whole-case purchase. Check case quantities, minimum spend, delivery exclusions, membership restrictions and expiry dates with the retailer. Always check its current checkout total before ordering.
Stock, prices and vintages can change. A listing is not a reservation, a price-match promise or a guarantee of the lowest price across the whole market. Tell us about an apparent error using the page URL and details so we can investigate it. This does not excuse misleading claims or remove your rights.
Affiliate income and promotional material
We may receive a commission on qualifying purchases through affiliate links and may accept clearly labelled paid placements. The launch catalogue links directly to Cellars without an affiliate-network redirect. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for the current coverage and ordering.
Content is general information, not personalised medical, legal or financial advice. A price listing is not a promise of cashback, free alcohol or a financial return.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may browse the site for lawful personal use, share links and make uses of material permitted by law. The content, branding and assets belong to us or their respective owners or licensors; these terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, circumvent reasonable security controls or misrepresent an association with us. Do not reproduce protected material for commercial use without the relevant permission, except where the law permits it. We may restrict abusive or unlawful access proportionately.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may make reasonable operational changes, suspend access for maintenance or security, or withdraw a feature. We do not control third-party sites and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use or matters outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibility for our own misleading conduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no blanket exclusion of consumer remedies in these terms.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply automatically to covered purchases; the appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances, as explained in the ACCC consumer-guarantee guidance.
An overseas business that directly offers goods or services to Australian consumers must comply with the Australian Consumer Law where it applies (ACCC online-shopping guidance). Our Irish location does not itself remove applicable Australian protections.
Complaints, governing law and updates
Email winedeals@gamingmedia.com with the relevant page, date, issue and desired outcome. We aim to acknowledge site complaints within five business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days; if we need longer, we will explain why. Urgent privacy requests and legal deadlines are handled according to applicable law.
Irish law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory protections under Australian law and any other law that applies. There is no exclusive-jurisdiction requirement preventing you from using a court, tribunal or regulator you are legally entitled to use.
We may update these terms when the website, our practices or the law changes. The updated date will be shown here, material changes will be brought to your attention where required, and revisions apply prospectively rather than removing rights that have already arisen. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent the law permits.
